Scholarships
While tuition at St. Aloysius is $2,500 per year per student, many students live in families that cannot afford the full amount. Compounding this challenge, the actual cost of educating a child at St. Aloysius is over $12,000 per year. In effect, even for students whose families can afford full tuition, St. Aloysius underwrites the majority of the cost of their education. St. Aloysius must raise these funds - approximately $2.7 million every year - from a diverse array of foundations, corporations and individuals.
A full scholarship for a student at St. Aloysius is $12,000 each year. However, partial scholarships - from $2,500 to $5,000 - are crucial to ensuring our students can get an exceptional education.
You can make a scholarship gift as a one-time donation, or you can pledge to make annual scholarship gifts for duration of a student's time at St. Aloysius. Your pledge can support a middle schooler for 3 years, or you can foster the education of younger students, supporting their time at St. Aloysius from kindergarten through 8th grade.
When you make a pledge to provide a scholarship for more than one year, you will receive regular correspondence and updates from the student you are supporting. Opportunities also exist to become a student tutor and mentor.
